In this article, Éphémère Square outlines the major themes you'll have to deal with this summer, to help you keep up with the times and meet the expectations of participants in the various summer events.
Pop Up Store, bar, restaurant, totem pole, relaxation or VIP area, food court, multi-storey structure, outdoor stand adapted to a particular scenography, outdoor exhibition area, pergolas... Ephemere Square has been creating diverse and varied wooden summer layouts for years, adapting to the requirements and specificities of each customer.
This was the case for our installations at the Garden Parvis festival, for which we created a number of wooden areas near La Défense in Paris: food court, partner stands, entrance arch and French Cabins welcomed the festival's many participants.
Offering playful trails or inspiring decors raises awareness of sustainable development and CSR issues. Reusable, atypical and easy-to-assemble wooden structures embody these values. A perfect example of this is the modular, entirely eco-responsible village built on the shores of Lake Geneva for the 28th edition of The Amundi Evian Championship tournament. The program for this sustainable, eco-designed project includes:

The creation of an ephemeral, dedicated wooden space around a brand or project enables you to offer a tailor-made experience to people who come to immerse themselves naturally in your world. Wood, a warm element if there ever was one, provides a strong and remarkable presence for any professional wishing to create a close relationship with his or her public.
Our ephemeral, playful and festive project to discover the history of Ricola on the forecourt of the Saint-Lazare train station is a significant example of this. Our outdoor wooden stands were a great source of exchange and sharing during the event. Green spaces for the public to discover the 13 plants that make up the famous Swiss sweets, with the opportunity to take part in DIY workshops, demonstrate just how impactful a well-thought-out scenography (thanks to our collaboration with Lune Rousse) can be for the public taking part in an event.
In 2023, it's all about surprising event participants and investing in atypical spaces. The reception area is an essential element in setting the scene for your company, giving it a unique and exceptional feel. Like the pergolas overlooking Bordeaux Lac for Vinexpo, the creation of a dedicated ephemeral space around a brand allows you to offer a tailor-made experience to guests, who will immerse themselves in the universe of the inviting brand. A place of powerful expression, where values can be seen and experienced.
Ephémère Square, the first French events company to obtain B Corporation certification, can help you choose your layout.
