September 2019: Ephemere Square becomes the 1st B corp in the event industry and the 80th company in France. A structuring certification for our future development
January 2020: Ephemere Square exceeds 20 employees
March 2020: Total shutdown of our business following the Covid crisis. Part of the team creates a new activity to bounce back: La French Cabane.
June 2021: The team overcomes COVID difficulties to get back on track for events.
September 2021: Launch of a range of modular partitions for general installations

Your first contact with us. He/she is responsible for assisting you in the development of your landscaping project.
Essential to the smooth running of the company, it's probably the job that best represents us.
Once a project has been approved, the project team is responsible for producing your layout. It is also within this team that we model your requirements.
We stock, repair, recondition and prepare orders in our warehouses. The Annecy workshop is equipped to handle the manufacture of components.
We have our own teams of fitters who, assisted by freelancers, will assemble the elements to realize your projects.
Responsible for the technical aspects of our structures, the challenge is to ensure continuous improvement of our offer.
Making temporary fixtures truly sustainable (while still being aesthetically pleasing) is the pioneering approach that drives us. Being a pioneer also means being the 1st B Corp for events since 2019.
Growing a company with an awareness of the world around us can only be done with a strong sense of social and ecological responsibility. Our B Corp certification is a guarantee of our approach.
Absolutely essential in the event industry.
This is the common objective shared by the whole team. We don't just rent structures; we provide a complete support service from the moment we receive your brief, right through to installation and dismantling.
Ephemere Square is the 1st French events company to obtain B Corporation certification. To be B Corp certified is not to be the best in the world, but to be the best for the world by making a positive contribution to society. Our approach is punctuated by social and environmental commitments.
To be B corp certified, you have to complete the BIA, a detailed and extremely comprehensive questionnaire focusing on key themes (governance, ecology, social, community, etc.), and you have to obtain - after an independent audit - a minimum score of 80 pts out of a possible 200. We achieved a score of 86 pts in September 2023. This is a source of immense pride, but also shows that there is still a great deal of room for improvement in the future. Re-certification is scheduled for September 2026.
This is obviously the most sustainable business model, as it optimizes the use of our components by avoiding the need to store and immobilize materials on each customer's premises.
You can easily change the layout from one event to the next.
We offer long-term rental for multiple uses.
When we collaborate on several projects, there are no storage costs.
Reused structures can't be new. Our customers must therefore accept that, despite care and maintenance, some elements may present imperfections.
We only manufacture new elements for an event if they can be reused for future projects.
Recycling should not be an excuse to continue with single use. Reusing is the only way to really change your ecological impact.
It's best to be forewarned. If you're looking for a custom-made space, you've come to the wrong place. With us, you have to choose from our catalog. We can, however, develop elements for you on condition that they can be reused for other customers.
So we're telling you right now, we don't like it at all. And yet these carpets are still widely used, sometimes in the most absurd situations (outdoors!?). Your Ephemere Square sales contact will do everything to convince you not to use it. We've had some great successes in this area. If you really must, turn to reusable carpet tiles.
This is a complex subject, as it often ends up in the skip. The most environmentally-friendly signage is undoubtedly that which is not produced.
